Our Outpatient Programs and Services

Our outpatient mental health programs use intensive, small-group therapy sessions to help you develop coping skills, identify triggers and manage anxiety, anger and sadness. We teach mindfulness and emotional regulation through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT focuses on identifying and changing negative thoughts and behaviors that are barriers to healing.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Partial hospitalization is a highly structured outpatient treatment that takes place five days a week. This level of care may serve as a transition between inpatient hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our IOPs for mental health and co-occurring disorders help you get treatment while still attending to your daily responsibilities, such as work and family. We offer day and evening IOPs to suit your schedule. Learn more about our intensive outpatient program for mental health and co-occurring disorders.
