Free virtual support groups for healthcare workers and for the general community

During these times of uncertainty, Central Florida Behavioral Hospital will be here to support you. We understand that attending in-person support groups over the coming weeks will be difficult.

As such, we are proud to announce that beginning April 14, we will be hosting free virtual support groups throughout the week:

Healthcare Workers Support Group – Tuesdays at 12 p.m. & 7 p.m., & Saturdays at 10 a.m.

Community Support Group – Wednesdays at 12 p.m. & 7 p.m. & Saturdays at 11:30 a.m.

These groups will be hosted by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and topics will vary each week. Additional groups and times may be added based on community need.

To join a support group, simply click on one of the links below to register. You will be directed to the registration page where you can choose a support group date and time. Once you have submitted your registration request, we will respond via email with access and log-in details. Participants can use their smart phone or computer to join or they can just call in to listen.
